Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you either via e-mail or telephone. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Orders

Orders will be sent out within two business days of receipt, unless other wise notified. We use UPS ground as our default delivery. The shipping charge is $6.95 flat rate with in the continental US, $20 to Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we can only ship to the Billing Address. If you have a special need, please contact us at orders@shoefly.com.

International Shipping

Due to the difficulty of tracking international packages, we are currently not able to ship to international customers. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Shoefly.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Shoefly.com currently does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to states where shoefly.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only Washington.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped from UPS. UPS lists their sender as "QuantumView". This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns. Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must remain attached.

Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 21 days of the original ship date. It is suggested that you send your packages insured and tracked, as Shoefly.com is not responsible for missing items or packages. We do not accept COD returns. Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is due to an error on our part or a defect in the merchandise.

Please note that all sale items are a FINAL SALE.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Simply follow the instructions on the Return Form included with your package. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include the completed form with your return, and send to the address noted on the Return Form.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at Shoefly.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from shoefly.com.
